Jill Webb
My journey began as a furniture designer, a path that would soon lead me through a rich and varied landscape of home design. Over the years, I immersed myself in an array of creative pursuits, shaping interiors—both commercial and domestic—designing furniture, textiles, ceramics, and lighting, and engaging with brand and graphic design.
As the buying director for The Conran Shop in London, my work took me around the globe, seeking and creating the most exceptional homeware products. This role allowed me to blend discovery with design, ensuring that every piece reflected the highest standards of quality and innovation.
Later, as creative and business executive director at Conran, I had the privilege of working alongside Sir Terence Conran , contributing to strategic decisions as a member of three main boards. It was a time marked by dynamic projects, from curating collections of furniture and homeware for renowned high street retailers to launching a distinctive paint line, a bedlinen collection , a lighting collection and collaborating on a book about color, to mention just a few, forging partnerships across Europe and America.
It was nine years ago in LA that I met Kirsty, and it became clear almost instantly that we shared a deep and harmonious creative vision. Together, we continue to draw from this shared passion, weaving it into the fabric of our work.

With a strong foundation in analytical thinking, honed by earning a mathematics degree, my professional journey began in London’s financial district, where I worked for a leading bank. However, I quickly discovered my passion lay not in numbers but in creativity and innovation.
This realization led me to design and produce an exclusive children’s clothing collection in London, collaborating with esteemed brands like Paul Smith to create bespoke, timeless pieces. Simultaneously, I cultivated a vibrant community for women by founding a dinner group and hosting thought-provoking forums with distinguished guest speakers, exploring meaningful topics that resonate with modern women.
Upon relocating to Los Angeles, I turned my creative energy to interior design, transforming my own home into a reflection of my refined aesthetic and attention to detail. It was during this chapter that Jill & I met, sparking new opportunities for collaboration and inspiration.
